Report Launch: Anticipatory Innovation Governance Model in Finland

The official launch of the report “Anticipatory Innovation Governance Model in Finland: Towards a New Way of Governing.” The report examined how Finland has been incorporating anticipatory functions within its governance system to deal with complex and future challenges in a systemic way. 

Together with the Finnish Government and the European Commission, the OECD will share the learnings from co-developing the Anticipatory Innovation Governance model in Finland over the last two years. The principles and functions of the model are explored in practice and a critical look is taken to how the model could be applied in other countries.
