Event Details

On 1 December 2022, join us for the next in our series of Better Evidence, Better Government events, hosted by the Evidence Quarter (EQ) and the Policy Institute at King’s College London.

This is an exciting opportunity to hear Lord O’Donnell in conversation with Professor Richard Davies as they discuss his time in government, the role of evidence and economics in policy and politics and what part this can play in the future.

The conversation will start at 6pm (GMT) / 7pm (CET) in person in the Katherine Johnson Event Space at the EQ, or online via Zoom, with an opportunity to hear their reflections and ask questions from the floor. Wine and soft drinks and mince pies will be available afterwards from 7-8pm (GMT) / 8-9pm (CET). This is part of our Better Evidence, Better Government series which brings together well-known speakers from within government, academia and evidence-led organisations to raise the profile of the role of evidence in the policymaking process.
