Innovative response

The coronavirus self-assessment test is available to users at the following portal: ezdravlje.gov.rs. After completing the test, users receive further guidance and can establish direct communication with outpatient clinics from the supervision system which they can approach for additional information.

Specific issues addressed and anticipated impact

Our interactive COVID19 Self-Assessment Tool our citizens check themselves for coronavirus symptoms, find information about the new coronavirus and get in contact with their doctor. The number of self-evaluations was 10.000 in the first few weeks.
