Compared to conventional development methods, the Diia.Engine platform reduces development costs by half and accelerates the development time two to three times. It introduces a low-code approach to software development, streamlining processes for the creation and management of registers. Currently, 20 ministries and central executive agencies use the Diia.Engine platform to create more than 50 registers and over 100 public services. Notable achievements include the creation of the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property, containing over 520,000 reports, forming the foundation for the comprehensive eVidnovlennia (eRecovery) program. Millions of working hours have been saved for citizens and government officers, with over 1,000,000 electronic certificates processed online since 2020. The platform allows for the easy tracking of citizen application status and provides valuable reports on service processing. It has proven essential during the COVID-19 lockdown, ensuring the continuity of online services.
