Innovative response
Diaspora Hub platform was launched as a public-private digital solution to fight the effects of COVID-19, the end result being an echosystem of services and connections made available to the Romanian communities aborad.
By filling in a questionnaire, any Romanian citizen in need of information or aby kind of assistance is directed towards specific groups that can offer support, be it for shopping delivery, translations, or useful information during this period.
A section of the platform offers different contact details (for consular services, airlines, social assistance), while another section is dedicated to official news concerning measures taken by the central and local authorities, the legislation, and up-to-date statistics.
