Innovative strategies to reduce the effects of the crisis caused by COVID-19

Innovative response

Exclusive online and free issuance of the Emergency Situation Certificate, which aims to support economic operators in the COVID-19 crisis. The application dedicated to the issuing of Emergency Certificates is active and can be accessed on the platform http://prevenire.gov.ro and is regulated by the Order of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment no. 791 / 25.03.2020.
During the state of emergency, the Medical-Military Scientific Research Center, the Scientific Research Center for Defense and Ecology, the Research Agency for Military Technique and Technologies and the National Institute for Medical-Military Development Research ""Cantacuzino"" for the approval / authorization of materials, components, equipment and medical devices necessary for the prevention and control of the spread, as well as for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, respectively of biocides.
The Minister of Economy, Energy and Business Environment, Virgil Popescu, gave ”the green light” to the ROMARM (National Company for Military Technique) leadership for a production line of sanitary equipment, masks and protective suits, so that it remains in the strategic production of Romania.
