A collection of a wider range different relevant open datasets. This includes COVID-19 cases data at the municipal level, but also data on care institutions and trained medical staff, labour market data, law data, traffic data, air quality data, health care expenditure, basic address registrations, population statistics, and more.

Specific issues addressed and anticipated impact

The datasets available under the "Data of COVID-19" section at the national open data portal cover health data, law data, labour market data, housing, traffic data, elderly care, air quality data, population data and more. Therefore, the initiative provides a rich set of tools and data that can help analyse and tackle the virus spread, as well as the resulting effects on the society and economy.

Organisations/institutions involved

National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) is the data provider of COVID-19 cases information. The team behind data.overheid.nl are releasing data from different sources related to COVID-19 on the open data portal.
