COVID-19 case management system to ensure efficient track and tracing

Specific issues addressed and anticipated impact

All confirmed cases for COVID-19 and people at high contact risk are dealt with at COVID-19 case management system. System is integrated with national eHealth system therefore positive laboratory tests instantly alarm people in charge to start contact tracing procedures. Centralized solution ensures rapid and standardized workflow throughout the entire country. Contract tracing mobile application is part of this COVID-19 case management system. Newly diagnosed people will have a possibility to alert other users who have been in a close contact with a COVID-19 positive person.
