Innovative response
FluGoWhere is a website to conveniently and easily search a list of clinics providing special subsidies for those diagnosed with respiratory illnesses. These clinics are designated "Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC)" to care for patients with respiratory symptoms in light of the COVID-19 outbreak. The PHPCs are an important line of defence employed by Singapore that would allow the virus to be detected in patients earlier and reduce the risk of further transmission. This website was rushed out and available for use within two days of the PHPCs being activated. Within 2 weeks, there are close to 900 PHPCs online and 635K visits by members of the public.

Potential issues
For now the website has served its purpose of providing up-to-date and accurate information on PHPCs. During the initiation phase, the team had a short turnaround time and mobilised to set this up in less than 2 days.
One other issue that the team faced during the set up was the lack of centralised updating system for clinics to reflect their PHPCs status, leading to some discrepancies that had to be ironed out quickly.
