Visual guide to stop the spread while helping your community

Innovative response

We have visualised guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19.

The visual guideline is based on the journey of a volunteer delivering food to a vulnerable neighbour, inspired by COVID-19 Mutual Aid UK groups. We hope that the over 200 community support groups spring up in the UK and other groups internationally can benefit from it.

Specific issues addressed and anticipated impact

Provide accessible information on how to stop the spread of COVID-19 information to volunteers who are helping vulnerable members in their communities, particularly around food delivery.

Organisations/institutions involved

A group of design researchers, practitioners and students from the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London.

Potential issues

The guidelines might become outdated or need to be adapted to different local context. All the material is open source and online.
