Conditions in Indonesia today are contrary to the principle of openness towards intellectual property (IP). The presence of a digital IP management platform called INTIP DAQU would uncover valuable information of technologies produced through R&D by Indonesian institutions. The overall purpose of the study is to facilitate and execute graphic design work and consumer testing regarding the pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP) Key Information Document (KID) and Benefit Statement (BS) in three Member States. We will use mix behavioural methods to understand relevant behavioural biases, and why consumers find certain aspects of information related to pension products difficult to understand, and how to overcome those difficulties.

Under the Fast-Track procedure for access to EU documents complaints, the EO aims to take a position within two months on whether the document should be released to the complainant by the EU administration. This represents a substantial Ombudsman reduction in inquiry time, achieved by creating a separate dedicated team to process these complaints quickly. The aim is to increase the chances of complainants getting information while it is still relevant and useful.
